Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
At least 5 years of experience in building/facility engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory/chief role.
Proven experience in managing large-scale buildings or properties.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, fire safety systems, water treatment, electrical distribution, generators, and other mechanical systems.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including coaching, delegation, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multitasking, and maintain high discipline.
Competent in administrative work, including technical reporting, cost estimation (RAB/Budgeting), and project analysis.
Willing to work based on operational needs (on-call duties and emergency handling).

Lead all operational and maintenance activities of facilities, utilities, and building systems including MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, generators, pumps, panels, and fire protection systems.
Develop and ensure effective implementation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Supervise routine inspections or audit internal to ensure all procedures, equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Ensure building operations comply with Health & Safety, government regulations, and technical compliance standards.
Control technical documentation including SOP, checklists, operating permits, logbooks, maintenance reports, and audit records.
Oversee renovation, installation, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
Control budgets, project timelines, and progress reports.
Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and operational cost savings.
Control the maintenance and project budget, including budgeting and forecasting.
Develop and implement emergency preparedness procedures and risk mitigation plans.
