Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
- At least 5 years of experience in building/facility engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory/chief role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale buildings or properties.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, fire safety systems, water treatment, electrical distribution, generators, and other mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, including coaching, delegation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multitasking, and maintain high discipline.
- Competent in administrative work, including technical reporting, cost estimation (RAB/Budgeting), and project analysis.
- Willing to work based on operational needs (on-call duties and emergency handling).
Job Description:
- Lead all operational and maintenance activities of facilities, utilities, and building systems including MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, generators, pumps, panels, and fire protection systems.
- Develop and ensure effective implementation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Supervise routine inspections or audit internal to ensure all procedures, equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Ensure building operations comply with Health & Safety, government regulations, and technical compliance standards.
- Control technical documentation including SOP, checklists, operating permits, logbooks, maintenance reports, and audit records.
- Oversee renovation, installation, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Control budgets, project timelines, and progress reports.
- Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and operational cost savings.
- Control the maintenance and project budget, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness procedures and risk mitigation plans.
