Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Tourism / Hospitality / Food & Beverage

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain / Leader in a restaurant, bar, or café

  • Strong knowledge of F&B service, table management, and hospitality standards

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Neat appearance, disciplined, and able to work under pressure

  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • Able to operate POS systems and understand basic daily operational reports

  • Willing to be placed at Summarecon Mall Bandung

Job Description:

  • Lead and supervise the service team (waiters/waitresses) during daily operations

  • Ensure all guests receive friendly, prompt, and professional service

  • Manage table assignments, staff rotation, and service flow in the dining area

  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure SOP standards are consistently implemented

  • Handle guest complaints promptly and in a solution-oriented manner

  • Coordinate with the Kitchen, Bar, and Manager to ensure smooth operations

  • Ensure the work area is always clean, tidy, and ready for use

  • Prepare daily operational reports (sales, stock, and team performance) for the Supervisor/Restaurant Manager

  • Train and guide new service staff to understand and implement Cassa Barrels’ service standards
