Minimum 1 year of work experience in business analytics or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Good analytical, Good interpersonal, communication, coordination skill, problem solving, logical thinking
Advanced Excel Skill
Experience in working with dashboard tools (Tableau/Qlikview) and Web Analytics Tools (Google Analytics or Amplitude etc.) is a plus
Experience with data and trends analysis, statistics, and business insights

Reporting about performance leasing department (Weekly KPI, Monthly KPI, Monthly Report)
Maintain & Monitoring database tenant
Budgeting for Leasing Department
Analysis data and report
Maintain database in IPMS (reconcile, verification, troubleshooting)
Review & Develop System IPMS
