Requirements:

Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Proficient in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, 3D (SketchUp + Lumion, AutoCAD, etc.).

Placement in Gading Serpong.
Job Description:
-
Review design and consultant drawings before tender and construction issuance.
-
Prepare and check working drawings.
-
Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and contractors (external parties).
-
Coordinate with Structure, MEP, Landscape, and Infrastructure teams to synchronize working drawings.
-
Conduct inspections to verify design compliance with site conditions.
-
Prepare shop drawings/as-built drawings as requested by clients.
-
Prepare and conduct drawing review workshops with internal teams and contractors.
-
Prepare and propose materials & specifications for management approval.
