Min. Bachelor Degree preferably Tourism & Hospitality graduates
Min. 2 years experience as Hotel Sales or Marketing Manager, preferable in hotel group.
Coordination and handling Banquet specially Wedding & Corporate Event
The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
Passion to lead and a desire to succeed
Communicative, responsible, discipline, good looking
Familiar with Ms. Office
Fluent in English both speaking & writing is preferable
Placement in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Develop a Banquet sales strategy to meet sales targets.
Monitoring and analyze sales reports regularly.
Monitor and regulate all banquet activities
Control the running of the exhibition and meeting pairs according to the annual work plan.
