Requirements:
- Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or cleaning services as a leader
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment
- Able to work under pressure and in a team
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills

Job Description:
- Supervise daily cleaning operations and vendor performance
- Fill in lookbook and daily shift reports
- Conduct cleanliness checklists with vendor supervisors
- Monitor and inventory housekeeping tools, equipment, and supplies
- Report stock shortages and request replacements
- Create work orders (CRM) for damage reports to Engineering Dept
- Attend coordination meetings with vendors
- Communicate operational issues and area conditions to supervisors
- Support the smooth running of mall cleanliness and hygiene standards
