- Minimum education: Associate’s Degree (D3) in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (CAD operation is an advantage)

- Prepare correspondence and properly archive data
- Prepare and manage the completeness of handover administration
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department regarding the schedule of building unit handovers to customers
- Create and monitor customer complaint data on a regular basis
- Input complaint data and monitor complaint resolution progress in the SRIS application
- Monitor and input unit construction progress regularly in the SRIS application
