Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in all majors

  • Domiciled in Jakarta/Tangerang and surrounding areas

  • Strong communication skills

  • Neat and professional appearance

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or as a university education counselor

  • Good understanding of the university student admission process

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Experienced in handling enrollment targets

  • Having an established network with schools is an advantage

  • Able to design and implement a sales funnel

  • Accustomed to daily monitoring and monthly evaluation

  • Willing to work in the Tangerang area

Job Description:

  • Manage, supervise, and optimize the performance of the sales/education counselor team to achieve new student enrollment targets

  • Develop and manage the team’s technical work plans

  • Monitor and manage sales team performance to achieve optimal results

  • Build partnerships with partner schools

  • Establish and maintain communication with customers
