Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Agriculture.
- Min. 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge and skills in both hardscape and softscape.
- Good observation skills to identify existing and potential problems.
- Willing to be placed in Summarecon Tangerang.
Job Description:
- Supervise landscape implementation to ensure it aligns with the design, specifications, and established standards.
- Ensure quality of work including planting, pruning, cleaning, and maintenance of plants.
- Monitor the use of materials and project costs in accordance with the approved budget.
- Ensure the project runs according to the planned schedule and address any delays or challenges that may arise.
- Coordinate the activities of all parties involved in the project, such as contractors, gardeners, and other workers.
- Review and study project documents, including working drawings, specifications, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the Site Manager or Project Manager.
