Min. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power/Low Voltage) or Mechanical Engineering.
Min. 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Knowledgeable in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design for residential houses, shop houses, buildings, and infrastructure networks.
Strong communication skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to be placed in Summarecon Tangerang.

Ensure MEP work is executed according to the working drawings, project schedule, and technical specifications.
Supervise the installation of equipment, materials, and MEP work methods.
Ensure the quality of MEP work meets the established standards.
Coordinate MEP working drawings with contractors.
Conduct testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
