Requirements:
- Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in an electrical engineering technician role in a building or retail mall
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Strong electrical skills and familiarity with HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing systems such as Building Automation System (BAS), CCTV, Master Control Fire Alarm (MCFA), electronic devices, or similar
- Placement at Summarecon Mall Serpong
Job Description:
- Perform maintenance and support related to park and building utilities and infrastructure
- Repair and maintain utilities and infrastructure
- Provide technical support when needed
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments
