Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong understanding and experience in tax calculations, especially PPh 21 (TER)
  • Familiar with Government Regulations related to Compensation & Benefits, such as the implementation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, Tax Article 21 (PPh 21), and employee e-SPT
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and strong analytical thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Placement: Kelapa Gading

Job Description:

  • Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports (salary, allowances, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21, Health Insurance)
  • Process Payroll and PPh 21 in the HRIS system
  • Create reports related to Payroll, Headcount, and Turnover
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits
  • Coordinate with third-party benefit providers
  • Report PPh 21 through CoreTax
