Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits
- Strong understanding and experience in tax calculations, especially PPh 21 (TER)
- Familiar with Government Regulations related to Compensation & Benefits, such as the implementation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, Tax Article 21 (PPh 21), and employee e-SPT
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and strong analytical thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

Job Description:
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports (salary, allowances, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21, Health Insurance)
- Process Payroll and PPh 21 in the HRIS system
- Create reports related to Payroll, Headcount, and Turnover
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
- Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits
- Coordinate with third-party benefit providers
- Report PPh 21 through CoreTax
