Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in banquet sales, event sales, or hotel/club hospitality sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in clubs, hotels, or luxury hospitality environments is an advantage
- Familiarity with the Summarecon Serpong area and corporate/social market is a plus
- Sales-driven and target-oriented
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Professional communication and presentation skills
Job Description:
- Actively sell banquet and event facilities for weddings, corporate meetings, social events, and club functions
- Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up with prospective clients
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings to promote banquet facilities and services
- Coordinate closely with Banquet Operations, Kitchen, Finance, and other related departments to ensure event requirements are met
- Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure accurate communication of event details
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client networks
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Ensure all events are executed according to agreed standards and client expectations
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
