Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a property developer company, notary office, or banking institution.

Job Description:
- Review and read/explain the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement (PPJB) to consumers.
- Examine the completeness of legal documents, including PPJB, transfer of rights (secondary market), credit agreement execution, and preparation for Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB) signing.
- Monitor the process of transfer of rights, credit agreement execution, and AJB signing to ensure compliance and timely completion.
