Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in facility or project coordination
- Strong knowledge of construction, materials, budgeting, and project scheduling
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills
- Able to read and review technical drawings
- Familiar with tender, procurement, and approval processes
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills

Job Description:
- Identify and compile facility needs from management and various departments.
- Coordinate with consultants for complex design and construction planning.
- Conduct design studies and planning based on long-term operational requirements.
- Oversee new facility construction to ensure timely completion, budget compliance, and quality assurance.
- Ensure contractors adhere to material specifications and project standards.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department on aanwijzing and tender processes.
- Evaluate team performance with a strong focus on safety, risk management, and quality standards.
