Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Property Management..
Required language : English (will be an advantage)
At least 3 years experiences in related field.
Possesses experience in managing project budgets and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
Willing to be placed at Summarecon Bandung.

Responsible for coordinating building maintenance, asset management, supervising security and cleaning contractors, and preparing regular reports.
Also involved in facility expansion projects, not limited to the Bandung school, but also including the opening of new branches in other locations.
Manage, support, and control facility matters from pre-opening up to grand opening
Coordinate, manage, give direction and control the vendor for facility matters.
Support and control facility performance.
