Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Economics
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development (preferably in the property sector) — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and visual presentation skills
- Proactive and adaptable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
Job Description:
- Prepare Feasibility Studies with various scenarios for projects
- Conduct market research on property business trends
- Analyze competitor products and their positioning in the market
- Prepare reports and presentations for investors and shareholders
- Organize schedules, meetings, and activities for the Board of Directors
- Assist in budget management related to the Board’s activities
- Support in preparing operational needs for the Board of Directors
