Requirements:
- Male or female
- Aged 25 to 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, Management, or other relevant fields
- Having at least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service/Frontliner/Customer Relations Officer
- Possessing good communication skills
- Having an attractive and neat appearance
- Able to communicate actively in English
- Experience in the property sector is preferred
- Placement in Bogor area
Job Description:
- Carrying out customer service functions of the Town Management Department.
- Receiving and handling customer complaints and forwarding them to relevant parties.
- Performing administrative functions and coordinating with relevant departments.
