Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in Sport, Gym, & Wellness industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, target-oriented, and strategic thinker.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Good English communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase new memberships and meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sport Center Manager, Gym Manager, and Wellness Manager to create attractive membership programs and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, and operations teams to drive membership growth.
  • Analyze data to track member trends, behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide excellent service and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members.
  • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professional follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate reporting on membership performance, retention, and financials.

 

Membership Program Management & Strategy

  • Manage membership programs and design strategies to attract and retain members, with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding membership targets.
  • Develop membership packages designed to fit to market needs and improve loyalty programs to achieve growth goals.
  • Work closely with the Sport Center Manager, Wellness Manager, and Gym Manager to align sales strategy with available facilities and programs.

Data Analysis & Improvement

  • Analyze membership data to identify trends, understand member behavior, and pinpoint areas for improvement, helping to meet or exceed target metrics.
  • Generate reports on membership performance, revenue, and trends to support strategic decision-making aimed at hitting targets.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and related departments to effectively promote membership programs.
  • Use creative marketing strategies to attract new members, boost retention, and achieve growth goals.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Provide excellent service and maintain strong relationships with membership members.
  • Offer solutions to member inquiries and complaints, ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally.

Event Management & Member Engagement

  • Collaborate with the Sport Center Manager, Gym Manager, and Wellness Manager to Organize exclusive member events, such as health seminars, fitness workshops, or social gatherings, to enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Build a strong community among members through activities that foster connections between members and the sports club team.

Budget & Financial Management

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring established financial targets are met.
  • Increase new memberships and meet revenue targets.
  • Ensure membership programs operate efficiently to maximize profitability.
  • Produce monthly reports on membership numbers and revenue, ensuring accuracy in financial data.

Membership Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly reports on membership numbers, retention rates, and revenue, aligning with overall membership targets.
  • Oversee payment and contract administration, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately.

Innovation & Market Awareness

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Recommend new services, pricing models, or promotions based on market movement.
