Requirements:
- Female, Maximum age of 30 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Front Desk or Customer Service
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Independent and work well in a team
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills

Job Description:
- Assist and serve members and guests professionally.
- Manage member and guest data in the system.
- Handle membership requests (leave, resignation, transfer, etc.).
- Provide clear and accurate information about club services.
- Process and monitor personal training (PT) sessions.
- Ensure all club facilities are functioning properly.
- Follow company SOPs and participate in training.
- Follow up on expiring memberships.
