Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sports facility management.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and operations in a sports facility
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for sports, fitness, and promoting healthy lifestyles.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good English communication skills

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
  • Lead, supervise, and monitor and guide operational teams to maintain performance standards.
  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage operational budgets and implement cost-efficiency measures.
  • Ensure facilities, safety, and equipment meet company standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide regular reports and operational updates to management.

Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance overall efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure alignment with the business goals of Summarecon Mall Bekasi.

 

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and mentor department staff across all operational units (fitness, wellness, facility management, customer care, etc.).
  • Establish KPIs and evaluate team performance.

 

Facility & Service Oversight

  • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards of all facilities.
  • Ensure optimal functionality and presentation of equipment, amenities, and public areas.

 

Customer Experience Improvement

  • Monitor service quality across all departments.
  • Identify customer pain points and implement improvements.

 

Financial & Budget Management

  • Assist in preparing and managing operational budgets.
  • Control operational costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

 

Vendor & External Relations

  • Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external partners.
  • Ensure vendor performance aligns with service level agreements.

 

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all operational procedures follow legal, safety, and company regulations.
  • Lead internal audits and support emergency preparedness initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide regular operational reports to management.
  • Analyze performance data to support strategic decision-making.
