Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Legal, preferably in retail, industrial sectors, or shopping malls.
Understanding of basic legal principles in drafting agreements — contracts, leasing, employment, and corporate law.
Ability to draft and review legal documents such as cooperation agreements, MoUs, and power of attorney letters.
Capable of conducting legal research and analysis effectively.
Able to manage and archive legal documents in an orderly and systematic manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ensure the content of documents complies with applicable laws and aligns with company interests.
Assist in the processing, renewal, and extension of mall operational permits.
Coordinate with government agencies regarding licensing and legal compliance.
Identify potential legal risks and provide mitigation advice to both internal and external teams.
Assist in handling legal disputes or conflicts with tenants, vendors, and other internal or external parties.
Archive important documents to support potential legal issues.
Conduct legal research related to issues or policies that impact mall operations.
