Who had expertise in public costumer services, mall, apartment, or hospitality services.
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Management, Communication or Hospitality
- At least 2 years of working experience as Customer Service / Tenant Relation in Retail or Apartment.
- Good in communication skills, and have negotiation ability to handle complaint from costumer.
- Proficient with English.
- Placement at Bekasi & Serpong.
- Supervise and provide guidance to all the work of the customer service staff.
- Receive and follow up complaints from customer to be solved with good coordination with related department.
- Keeping the facilities of customer in order to remain properly.
- Prepare and distribute of customer activity report.
