Requirements

  • Male/Female (max. 35 years old) 
  • Min. Bechelor Degree preferably Tourism & Hospitality graduates 
  • Min. 2 years experience as Hotel Sales or Marketing Manager, preferable in hotel group. 
  • Coordination and handling Banquet specially Wedding & Corporate Event 
  • Be able to achieve sales target and working under pressure
  • Passion to lead and a desire to succeed 
  • Communicative, responsible, discipline, goodlooking 
  • Familiar with Ms. Office 
  • Fluent in English both speaking & writing is prefferable 
  • Placement in Gading Serpong area.


Job Descriptions

  • Develop a Banquet sales strategy to meet sales targets.
  • Monitoring and analyze sales reports regularly.
  • Monitoring all regulation of banquet activities
  • Control the running of the exhibition and meeting pairs according to the annual work plan.
