  • Ensure the implementation of cluster/shophouse (ruko) environmental management in accordance with SOPs and Estate Regulations to maintain safety, orderliness, and residents’ comfort

Job Description:

  • Assist in developing landscape design concepts for residential, commercial, and public areas within the project.
  • Prepare landscape drawings, plans, and technical details in accordance with project standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors regarding landscape implementation.
  • Monitor and supervise landscape works on site to ensure quality, aesthetics, and compliance with approved designs.
  • Support the selection of plant materials, hardscape elements, and other landscape features suitable for the project environment.

Job Description:

  • Manage and ensure project execution aligns with the designated design, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Oversee coordination with internal teams and contractors, monitor project progress, and resolve onsite issues.
  • Ensure project quality through Quality Control (QC) supervision, defect rectification, and managing the handover process and consumer complaints.
