Officer Development Program

The Officer Development Program (ODP) of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is a recruitment process for officer-level positions. ODP employees will receive education and development programs to become young professionals equipped with both technical and non-technical competency training, as well as learning experiences through a rotation system across all Summarecon development areas.

Purpose

To prepare creative workers who understand the aspects of knowledge, skills, and work attitude in accordance with Summarecon standards.

Through a rotation system, ODP employees gain experience across various Summarecon business units.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
  2. Open to fresh graduates from any major relevant to the company’s business needs.
  3. For experienced candidates: Maximum of 2 years of working experience.
