Job Description :

• Handle administration related to Personal Shopping and Partnership activities
• Manage catalog updates, database maintenance, and reporting
• Assist in handling group visits, including guest greeting and complimentary redemption at the Welcome Lounge
• Support the execution of partnership programs and customer engagement activities
• Prepare operational and administrative needs before and during activities

• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively within a team.
• Willing to be stationed at Summarecon Bekasi.

Job Description

• Input and maintain General Affairs (GA) asset data.
• Label corporate assets and equipment with identification barcodes.
• Input and process Human Resources (HR) administrative data.
• Manage and organize document filing neatly and systematically.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Possess good communication skills with supervisors, cross-functional teams, and customers.
